Interior/Exterior clips that break on wheel arches and skirts

clips that break on wheel arches and skirts
So i am in the process of trying to get my r56 cooper S colour coded.(not aero kit - just standard bumpers/skirts etc)
Its been a BIG mission with most panelshops refusing to do it (Gotta love South Africa!)
NOw i beleive that there is a certain clip that often breaks when removing the skirts etc.
MY dealer gave me a MAD list of clips that comes to the value of R1000 which is crazy! I then asked them which part do they think it is and they said part number m 07 13 2 757 821 which is R9.29 each.
Is this the correct part? because i cant afford an extra R1000 for clips ontop of the spraying job!
