No JCW big brakes for R105 wheels?????

Now i usually trust my dealer but I just want to make sure nobody can prove him wrong on this.

I have the JCW 18 inches R105 wheels and apparently you cannot fit a JCW big brakes kit with those wheels, the inner dimension of the wheel being too small. I find it kinda hard to believe in a 18 inches wheel...

Can anybody confirm or destroy this theory?????

NOTE: the picture below is of course the R105 wheel with the standard JCW kit, not 4 pot big brakes kit

The dealer is right. You cannot put the new big brake JCW kit on a R105 without adding at least a 5mm spacer. As long as a spacer is installed there should be no problems with fitting. This install is on my wait list and have 15mm spacers already installed.

Cheers!

Check the clearance before going with the 15mm, I think 10mm would be wiser on R105 (R53), I had to trim the arches a bit. Which tyers do you have on? 215-35 or 205-40? Post pics if you can...
