if my memory serves correctly the front of the bottom cushion pops up and has 2 maby 3 10mm bolts holding it in in the back. you have to push down on the rear edge of the seat bottom to access. Also the child seat covers pop off just pull straight out..
the folding back is a little more tricky: I believe you have to unbolt the center brace then the seats should be able to pull inwards to free its self from the brace. As a note the brace has a cross pin so the seat will only slide off at the right angle.

hey thanks for the help...still cant get the upper part off those bolts are on their tight!

 

can someone include a picture of the tool they used to get the bolts off the rear seat...im getting starting to get frustrated!

 

still cant remove upper part anyone done this to an r56? not r53
