I have just gotten the aluminum lower grill for the Cooper S and I have no idea how to put it on! Can someone tell me what to do or at least direct me to a how-to somewhere?

I want to replace the lower grill (not the one with the slats, the one that's a black plastic mesh on the Stock S) with an alluminum grill (unpainted metal), but I'm not sure how. How do you remove the bumper?

The part is aftermarket, not an aero kit piece.

ok
if u look at the front of my car there is 3 grilles

1) bonnet

2)bumper top (the skinny part)

3)bumper bottom (waaaay bottom)

which ones are u talking about?
for replacing #2, you have to remove the whole bumper

for replacing #3, you can do it from the outside, it has a few clips..can pretty much be pushed in
