Did I get the right part?

Just got some items, courtesy of Outmotoring, including a stubby antenna, JCW floor mats and JCW black grill trim.

The lower trim piece looks very different from the original (pic attached). Did I get the right part?

thats very confusing because in order for that shorter pice to fit the grill, and shape of the hood, have to be different not just the bumper.
theyr both r56 parts right?
this is a picture of an "aero" grill i snagged off google. it looks to be the same size and shape as your chrome one.

My bet is that they sent you the wrong part.
