rear trim

I have looked and looked but couldn't find an answer. I was wanting to switch my mcs exhaust exit(rear lower trim) to look like a mc exhaust exit(rear lower trim). I have an 05 mcs and would like to know what is needed to convert it to exit that way, but yet still look stock. I am told you can do it up to 2004 but in 05 somethings changed. Can it still be done on the 05 model and if so what do I need? Thanks

It was real helpful.. but the mini dealership I get my parts from didn't know if they would fit the mcs bumper or not. They look like they might??? but do i need all three or will just the center part work. I don't want to cut another hole the the back and I couldn't find anything to fill the center where the shock exhaust went. any pointers???
