Hi All,

I just had a Minidomore hitch installed and it seems very nice. The problem, i tried to slide in the Minidomore cargo tray, which would not go in, after about thirty minutes it just slid straight in and jammed inside the hitch. I suspect the 'kink' in the tongue hit the hitch mount. Has anyone had this problem, how do i get the tongue loose again? Please help, it is a huge problem and i am tearing my hair out. :/

Well i fixed it. if anyone tells you physics is useless tell htem they suck :p I let the car heat up in the texas sun, i then used a hose to water the cargo carrier and out it came as the metal cooled!

Had this same thing happen, a good thump on the side finally got it loose and out of the receiver. I then took the Dremel and removed the paint from the area that I could see it had rubbed.

 

Wow good thinking! I plan to get a hitch and I will remember what you folks did!

 

Having a horrible time getting mine out, try the thump... any specifics on what you guys did to get it out.... I'm pulling my hair out with this!
