Rear Hatch Glass Removal

Has anyone taken the rear glass off of the rear hatch.. I'm trying to take it off and what a Pain in the A**. Any hints or help will be greatly appreciated. I do have the rear hatch glass adhesive from BMW to attach onto my CF Rear Hatch and if this is the same stuff trust me it won't go anywhere once on the new rear hatch...

UPDATE::: I used the metal wire supplied in the window kit from BMW and have got all the way around with the exception of the top of the glass. THis is a two person job,One to hold the glass the other to run the wire through the adhesive (use gloves) The next problem is, the clips used to hold the black exterior trim strip(Cosmetic)under the rear spoiler are in the way. Anyone know how to take these clips off.
Thanks

Another update::: The upper clips are screwed into the rear hatch underneath the glass. Trust me, if you can have a glass installer do the work do it... Now I have to get the remaining black glue off the glass. Hopefully this afternoon I'll have the CF hatch on with glass...
