How do you remove the center pieces?

I'm looking on how to remove the center pieces, where the shifter is and the e-brake? Anyone have any clue?

This might give you an idea on how to remove the e-brake housing:

It's been a while since I removed the piece around the shifter, but from my [fading] memory...
The shift boot piece should lift out fairly easily. There are a few clips that hold it in place, but I believe it's just a straight lift. Then from there you can reach through and carfully push up the seat heater/mirror adjust panel from underneith (also held in place by clips). There should be a screw down there. There are also 2 screws in the cupholders (I believe). And finally, you'll have to loosen and remove the downtubes. That should get you started. Might have missed something, so as always, go slow and don't pull anything too hard .

Hope it helps!
