Can anyone tell me where can I get red mirror caps? I been looking for anyone that makes them but had no luck. Could any one please help me out?

 

I will have a pair for sale as soon as my checker ones come in.

 

How muchs would you be asking for them?? What would be the price to get new ones? Do they sell them already painted or you have to paint yourself?

 

Call your dealership if you want new ones; I'm sure they can order them (or at least tell you how much they cost)

And if you did need to paint the new ones, wouldn't it be cheaper to paint the ones you already have?

 

The dealership does not carry pre-painted mirror caps... at least not the ones I contacted. You get them primered and ready to paint. They'll need to be scuffed first though.

And perhaps he can't paint his existing caps because they're chrome (as was my case).

 

Just purchased red mirror caps from dealership - $85 for the caps, and $100 to paint.

 

I just paid $100 to have my PW caps painted red too...

$100 must be pretty standard price for painting a pair of mirror caps. That's what I paid.

That was for scuffing, priming, several coats of Chili Red paint, and a couple coats of Clear Coat.

And no, unsalada, I didn't have the dealership paint them. I took them to a local body shop that I know has a good reputation.
