Changing Tach & Speedo Light Color

I know it can be done, but the question is, is there any one in the So. Cal. area that has it done? And is there any one around that feels comfortable doing it on someone else's parts? I've been wanting to do this for some time and just came across some pics that brought it back into my head. Any info would be great.

Thanks,
Kyle
