Interior/Exterior Will R56 seats fit into R53?

They will not fit witout some custom, one-off work.
The seat rails are wider on the R56 seats.
Doesn't mean it can't be done, just that you'll be fabbing up a custom bracked for the base of the seat.
Haven't actually seen anyone try it yet.
