Removing headlights

Need some help with removing the headlight assembly. I've got xenons and headlight washers. I'm running into problems with the washers... I'm not sure how to detach them from the headlights so I can pull them out. Can any give me some advice? pics if you've got em?

Remove the whole lamp assembly from the car. Once you have done that, pull the rectractable arm out. To get a better grip and use two hands, find something to stick in one of the holes so that the arm does not retrack back. While the head is extended, push in on two clips that hold the head on and pull off. Release the rectractable arm to go back in place. On the underside of the motor assembly, push on a clip and simply remove.

or you can pull out the locking clip from the hose that attaches to the back of the washer assembly, use a flat head to pop it out about 1/8 to 1/4 inch, then slide the hose off the fitting. Some washer fluid will drip out, but then it is done. I have done that twice, took about 2 minutes for both sides.
