I couldn't find any thread or discussion about replacing the plastic cover that covers the space where a rear fog would go.

I don't like that cheap plastic piece and would like to replace it with a white reflector or fog light cover -- to achieve the look of the rear fog without adding the actual light (poser, I know).
I've found threads for doing the full install, but I'd rather not install the full assembly because I just installed the Minidomore hitch (I have the model with the longer receiver which works with a cover but not the full rear fog assembly).

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had replaced the plastic cover with a reflector (or chrome screen or light cover or something else), who could post pics / comments.
