easy way to change front turn signal bulb?

Does anybody know an easy way to get to the front turn signal bulb I want to get rid of those ugly orange bulbs and put the silver "stealth " bulbs in but cant figure out how to get to them ??????????

Reach in through the access door in the wheel wells....then open the sealed door inside of that, twist bulb and remove. WAHLAH!

it is described in the owners manual ... even has pictures
