Welcome to MCO,
Hey, I have yet to see a solid gold MINI, and would be apreciative of what you think about them, and if you have any pics, could you please post them. I think that the silk greens, are pretty good looking, and was wondering if you think that the solid gold is better or worse then the silk green. Thanks for your imput and good luck.

I posted in the forum that is ragging the gold car...

here in Orlando, there is a tester that is gold with a black roof and the black/tan leather seats...SUHWEET! Tint those windows and it is extremely badass...sorry,...there is no other word for it!

For all the women and women types, the silk green is a pleasant pastel, but the gold/black with the two tone seats is....bitchin'....reminds me of the GT350 Hertz mustangs of yore!

I'll try to get a pic of it.

I agree MINI's should have color, and they need to be bright (like my chili red ) because with this car you are different, and you need to stand out. I think that the electric blue is also great for this car and I like it. I like all of the other ones except for the off white (don't know the real name) because I think it looks funny and it doesnt really stand out (no offence)

Howdy Justine-
Thanks for letting us know to be on the lookout for the first GOLD mini in Hawaii-
How about a wood dash with gold plated speedo, shift, and tach bezels.
I will keep a pair of binoculars and digital camera in the old MCS and be on the lookout.
I kinda like the gold. Should consider a vanity plate that says "Finger"

I saw the rear bumper of 'er yesterday when I was down talkin to the folks at MINI... gold brings the funk  All your favorite disco hits, all the time.

Hmm...might have to find one of those teeny-tiny disco ***** for the rear view mirror

I went to my dealer today, and saw a solid gold on solid gold MINI, I didn't like it. Maybe if it was solid gold/white, or solid gold/blk.

SuperMINI03-
I thought that one of your great picture SIGs was of a gold/black Mini? I liked that one best of your three BTW.
And you didn't care for the all gold mini? Maybe a little too much of one thing.
What if one of the options for all minis was to get a gold or silver roof and mirrors?
What would that be like?
Maybe it is time for metallic purple, metallic green or red.
How about "stellar" purple, "lively" green or "shock" red?

Yeah, I think the all gold is to much. I do like that gold blk sig, but I have an "S" and it is a cooper. And I don't really know which sig to use, I have three, that I really like, and don't know which one to use. I was told to use this one, so for now I guess I will.

SuperMINI03-
Since you have a new chili Red MCS why don't you use the double red mini sig?
That one is also very nice in my opinion. The see through one is good but more of
an invisible mini sort of look. Since all three are good, can you shrink them down a bit more and lay them side by side
next to each other, gold on the left, red in the middle and see through on the right?
Then you can get all three all the time?

sockdaddy-
Nice picture-thanks.
The exposure might be a tad light- the gold looks more pale than I thought-maybe I was used to seeing the gold in an indoors or night setting with sparkly lights. In this shot it almost looks like a peach or cream color.

Gold might be nice with anthracite or bronze wheels.
Killer with chrome wheels! Afterall it is a cooper! (not an S )
