DIY Session
It would be cool if someone could film it, burn it on DVD. Could be the MINI movie of the month! "Emeril's Garage!" . . . "Bam, Bam!!"
>>It was good to see Silversurfer at the last MINI meet at Kakaako.
>>
>>It reminds me that we have quite a few MINI owners in Hawaii interested in DIY.
>>We'll need a site, some tools, a task and a MINI to demonstrate it on.
>>No, not a baseball bat to the windshield- something more useful like a oil change
>>or adding an intake or rear swaybar, etc.
>>
>>Ideas?

DIY sounds good since some owners already done on their own more like "coaching". I order the
Bentley Service Manual the other day and anyone want to use it you'll welcome. (have to wait 'till
it comes in though) Suppose to be full of information including troubleshooting/diagnosis etc, etc.,unlike
the one they sells at e-bay for $15-20 per copy.

DIY sessions could be good for our mini meets or a separate activity (private garage)

>>But I'll offer up my virgin MINI-24kt as a sacrifice.
Virgin sacrifice! Yikes.
We are not a cult. We are not a cult. We are not a cult.
Now chant that fifty times and put your hats and robes back on as we form a circle.

"When all else fails, a virgin sacrifice is the only remedy".
Better fix that ECU problem soon!.
