It's time to have an election to decide on our officers so we can divide up the work and get more things done while the weather is great.

So please post here if you are willing to assist in any way for 2005.

We need people that have:
Neat "original" imaginative or creative ideas for events or activities
"contacts" for things to do or places to see
Internet "Web site" experience
"artistic/graphic art" talent/know how
a "passion" for MINIs.

We can hold the election via a meeting or via email. For those that prefer, we can also allow for snail mail votes by a deadline date.

 

Snail Mail??!! What's that I'll help out...I'm a new owner, though, so I don't think I should be an officer...:smile:

OK, we could use your energy in any event even though we know you're plenty busy.

Snail Mail?- you know that archaic form of communication that existed before the "internet" and personal computers.

Here's what we're looking for:

1) People who can commit until the end of year
2) Someone who likes planning events and is available to attend them as well
3) People who have lots of energy
4) Must have access to a computer and email
5) Someone who LOVES their MINI and would like to enhance the ownership experience through the club

We need to fill the following positions:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer

You DO NOT need to have any prior experience sitting on a board, nor do you have to be a long-time MINI owner. If you have time, and you would like to share it with the club, that's pretty much what we need. Bellybean, you would make a GREAT officer.
