I was on H1 East this afternoon approaching the Punahou off ramp when I saw an Indie Blue and white MINI with what looked like some really bad front end damgage pass me hooked up to a tow truck .

I hope it wasn't one of our members. Anyone get into a motor vehicle accident?

hmmm...i think within the last week sometime i remember seeing a ib/w mini with a crunched front end near the king st on-ramp east bound. in fact, it looked like it had run into the car in front while they were trying to merge onto the freeway.

this was actually after the afterwork rush hour, as i usually fly home from ewa beach to niu valley within 45 minutes. but this time the accident with the mini kinda slowed things down a bit. at least enuff so that i could see the damage.

 

Hmmm . . . might be the same one. Could have been towed home from the impound lot when I saw it. Bummer either way!
