MINI books from Barnes and Nobel

Aloha all-

Just received two new books via special order at Barnes and Nobel in Kahala Mall. Both are available via the internet but at Barnes there was no shipping charge.

MINI by Patrick C. Paternie 2002 95 pages $14.95
Very nicely done soft cover book. Contains seven chapters covering the history of the MINI to the MINIs of the future. Excellent graphics and images with good coverage of early MINI history.

New MINI by Graham Robson 2002 Hardcover 143 pages $29.95
Robsons book is published by Haynes Publishing, UK. Haynes as you know is one of the foremost publishers of automotive technical manuals. This book contains eight chapters starting with Chapter 1 False Starts to Chapter 8 And . . . to follow. This book delves into design, engineering, and marketing of our beloved MINI. This book does show up on eBay from time to time.

I'll bring both books with me to MINI to the MAX on Saturday, December 4 at Kaka'ako Park if anyone would like to see them.

Aloha!
