FYI - My MINI GP3 is now in stock at BMW of Ontario (as of May 29). If anyone has been looking for a 2nd hand one I believe they have two.

I think they listed it- No pics yet, Asking Price $39,888 Miles: 21,471 (3000 mi away)
I test drove one closer to me had 18k miles felt beat, i.e. creaks - rattles. Missed out on new one during Covid, timing wasn't right.

 

Most of the mileage happened in the last two years as prior to that I worked from home. I can say it was regularly serviced and has never seen a car wash.
