I still have the original Bilstiens (front and rear). I can't even to push the front end to travel unlike the rear end. Wonder if this is normal.

The rear end I can put my knee on the bumper and push it down. How can I check if my rear shocks are shot?

The front does not have any knocking.

 

Does your suspension bottoms out easily? Or does it bounce as you go through uneven terrain?

 

I feel the rear bounces back. The front is stiff
