It's a bit careless of the previous owner(s) to not pass on the manual, etc.
It will hurt the resale as much as you think it will - are you going to pay less because they're missing? If so, someone else might think the same.
Truly though, you need to be more concerned about whether it's a true GP; does it have the roof number still? Does it have real GP wheels, or replicas? Check the JCW serial number on the engine.
Finally, maybe most important - or maybe a typo.
GP0773 was shipped to Italy, not USA.
(GP0733 is a USA car though)

You can always get owners manuals through MINI. The window sticker and certificate will be next to impossible to replace, so you can track down original owner and contact them to see if they still have em. By the pictures you have posted it appears to be the real thing, just check the roof number. This is probably 0733 which was owned originally by Morris in Va. You could PM him through GPMINI.net to see if he still has the items.

Did the GP have an actual window sticker, or is the same laminated "placemat" that the other MINIs have? I seem to recall someone calling 866-ASK-MINI and getting a replacement printed out with no problems.
I received a "Window Sticker" but it wasn't attached to the window. I read that some buyers that took delivery earlier than I did (11/2006) received a window sticker that had some inaccurate info (I don't remember specifics), and were able to get replacements that were more accurate.
The GP brochures contained some inaccurate info as well, including a spec for 16.1" front rotors.
Check out Ian's (GBMINI) site: gpmini.net for more details.

For an image of the "window sticker", please see:

It also shows some of the errors and the difference between original and updated versions - I think I have five copies for GP0203, counting originals and updates!

the missing stuff has no value till the day you sell it.. You can get some of the stuff replaced. Window sticker, well try what the other post said.. but there is no indication at this point what the value will be in the future will be anyway.. I just tried to get a " real " value for my GP the other day for giggles.. since the KBB doesnt show the GP package.. I booked it as close as possible, subing the ckmate package for GP.. retail value with 22k miles was 31.050.. LOL

It's a gem don't pass it up.
