Confusion in MINIland

It's beginning to feel like MINI and it's dealers are confused. I built my 2007 MCS with the configurator and sent it to my dealer. In the owners lounge, items I ordered disappear and re-appear from the build list. The cloth/leather did not appear on the list, although the colorline, which I selected as part of the cloth/leather option did. I wanted to verify that I was getting all-season, as opposed to performance, tires. My MA said they would add that to the build. The configurator says it comes with the wheels I selected. I got the build sheet from my MA and it shows I ordered a wood sports wheel, when I ordered leather. I am beginning to wonder if I will be able to recognize "my" car, when it finally arrives. You would think MINI would have it's act together by now. Is my situation normal or a flute?

Normal. When you order a car, they start with an existing car profile, and then make changes before the actual build begins. What you are seeing are those changes being made to an existing "car" on their computer.

I saw the same thing, and after a bit, it became what I ordered.
