ASC vs. DSC
the LSD is a seperate mechanical system. It is independant of having DSC or the ASC+T. You could have either, as it is a seperate option.

My only thought for those who feel DSC is an unnecessary nanny... try hitting some unexpected black ice at night on a snowy Michigan highway, cluttered with top heavy SUV's around you, who are loosing grip too and then tell me that you just motored your way though it... no problemo.
Understand, most of the time in the dry, I toggle it off and if I don't, I swear under my breath at its nuisance! But at least I survived the former to curse the later!

It is definately a great to have safety feature....and the fact it can be turned of when you want to for fun is a great feature that few companys allow. A must have in my book, just because it is an option that could save your life!! Not getting it when new IMO is not too smart.... On a used car, it becomes the lesser of two evils....get it, and hope you never truely use it, and maybe go without a truely wanted option, or get it on a car you are not happy with....neither is ideal....but that is why buying used is cheaper...in part anyways.....it is about compermises, and we all make different choices.
