Has anyone seen the MMC badge anywhere? I saw a cloth one on a vest or shirt offered by some vendor. Can't think of which one.

I know the T-shirts are made by Santa's Elves during the off season and I always find out about the Rallayes AFTER the fact. Just wondered if anyone knew of someone, someplace that offered a MMC badge, mag or cloth or both.

And that is because it is the best club. I have a stencil on the boot window, but would like to have a badge also.

Did anything ever come of this? I'm prepping to go back in. Would loooove one to slap on my signature -- not that I'll be checking in all that much, but still.

Around the outside, Mini Owners in Iraq, in the middle a map of Iraq, and across the map, MND-N. that's be awesome.

Magnetic Badge trading

Does anybody just make their own badges?

Looks like some magnetic sheet s from **** blick, some weatherproof or vinyl, laser, or inkjet paper, and 3" hole saw would be all that is needed to make any kind of custom badge you'd ever like to have. I have a pretty good laminator I can use if it would really need it for a nice gloss finish I suppose. anybody making their own creations this way?

finding high resolution images

Not about badges only, but some newbie questions for any/all of you awesome artists out there, with all your experience at creating MINI swag.

I'm trying to design a simple logo for a project. I am coming up empty though, searching for high-resolution (or at least decent-sized) line art of a MINI to use in it. I'm looking for that car outline that MINI uses to promote MTTS, or something like it - there is a similar one facing straight-on front. I see these car outlines all over the place, on various t-shirts and other logos, etc. - so I assume they're legally OK to use? Here is an example of the car outline that I'm talking about, in COOPERation's gallery:

Is there some place online to find stuff like that to use in your art? All I can find are itty-bitty gifs and jpegs like this.

I create graphics in Adobe Illustrator. I like creating pure vector art. Working with art downloaded from the net can be dangerous; it's only at 72 dpi and it's in the RGB colorspace. Ideally, in a print environment, a good graphic should be 300 dpi and be separated into CMYK. I've never tried my hand at sculpting a MINI from scratch. Perhaps it's worth a try.
