cpraser, great looking MINI. I really like the stripe treatment with M7 scoop, or did you paint the OEM scoop? Can't tell from the pic. Mine's the Ram2 scoop with OEM stripes which I thought was pretty cool till I saw yours. The blacked out grill must make it look real nasty in someone's mirrors !

Very nice, though I agree it would look better still once the job is "finished".

It's an OEM painted Black. I was going to add some graphic on the scoop but decided to left it alone. I also like the M7 but OEM scoop panted only cost me $100 for a brand new one... so I am happy with that. I like the look of the car now but I think I am going to find someone to finished out the stripes so it would go all the way down.

I wanted to get black wheels but I think they would look too mean for me. Anthracite R99 is a happy middle of the road for me. I think it looks good with DS.

welcome to all the new members... i'm working on updating the master list for all the newbies who've signed up in the last couple months.

my other goal is to figure out a script to make membership automatic... if anyone has suggestions on a web service that might help let me know!

Some belated pix

First day:

Two months later with new butt -- er, boot -- stripes:

I like the interplay of the lines here:

Taken from the roof -- I want to try this again with more even lighting:

My new one. We traded my wife's 06 PW R50 at the beginning of the year for a "soccer mom" CRV and I got tired of my truck. ;>)
