Oops, #777 is already owned by mininini. Take another walk through the Peerage's Master List (<--link) and see if you can find an unclaimed number to your liking.

#1976???

76' was filled with good events; U2 is formed, Ramones launched their first album, Eagles release Hotel California, Apple is created by Steve Jobs, Concorde flights start from Washington D.C., NBA/ABA merge, and th 200th birthday of the U.S.A.

Actually I'm kind of surprised that such a historically patriotic number is still available...

...but it is! (I mean, it was. Now YOU are its perpetual owner.)

A warm welcome to the Peerage!

PWs rule -- but of course, you know that.

Joel, you're in. Great to have you and Sir James** in the Peerage. That's a sharp looking rag top there in your sig. Give us a holler if/when you can post a few portraits in your Gallery -- we'd love a closer look.

PWs dominate.

(**good thing you don't live in Cleveland )

You're right, mine are a tad off color. But it also depends on the lighting. Sometimes I look at mine and they're dead on and other times not so much. I'm also wondering how they will fair over time... Maybe they'll blend exactly after a while!

Still like them better than the chrome, though.

Hello fellow PW owners! I just got mine yesterday, so I'd like to join the club. It's a stock '04 PW/B MC with hood stripes. I think the name we're settling on is "Oliver Twisty" or just "Oliver" or "Ollie" for short. According to the master list, #124 is the lowest available regular number, so we'd like to join with that number, unless it's bad juju to recycle old numbers.

We're living in Virginia Beach for the next few weeks, then moving up to the Connecticut shoreline. Saw somebody out there in a PW/W this morning...

Thanks!

Dave

Actually, I don't believe anyone has ever claimed #124 before. The lowest available positive integers are the "primo" Peerage numbers -- and now you own one. Welcome to the Peerage -- great to have you aboard!

Virginia Beach, "Brownshoe".... you're not affiliated with Naval Aviation by chance, are you?

Thanks! #124 it is. I'm actually just getting out of the Naval Aviation business. (#29153 in that club, MH-60S helicopter pilot) Moving up to CT to start a new job in the civilian world.

Good catch! I wondered if anybody would pick up on that...

Dave

I picked up mine a few days ago. Love it. In the process of blacking out all the chrome. H&R Springs on order. Getting rid of the run flats ASAP.

^Welcome, and looks great. Black license plate compliments the racing stripes, and color combo quite nice.

Looks good! I love how the plate compliments the car (lucky lol). Why would you want to get rid of the run flats?

So, is this a PW Owner's Club or a PW / B Owner's Club? I just don't want to feel inferior because I have a PW roof -- I have a PW spoiler too, does that help?

BTW, if I can play -- I will take #356 please and thank you!

This is an equal opportunity Peerage (i.e., we warmly welcome any model and substantiation of PW-ness). A historical browse through the pages of this thread will reveal that some of our most esteemed members represent the PW/PW.

Ergo, you completely qualify and are now the proud owner of #356. Welcome!

Gil-galad,
Late to the party though I am, I request #128 for my recently purchased 2004 MC, PW/PW. I have dubbed it Whiteadder and I have a feeling if I don't watch, it's going to get me in trouble.
I thank you,
Dimaug

You honor us all by gracing this thread with your initial NAM posting.

Special congratulations for recognizing and seeking the lowest available positive integer value still available for assignment. It is now off the table because you are its proud owner.

Great to have you aboard. Welcome to the Peerage!

Brownshoe, once you settle in CT, you may want to venture over to nemini.org. They're always up to something good! There are plans underway to spell out nemini.org with about 50 MINIs/Minis for an aerial shot somehwhere in central CT.

Sounds cool. I could fly the plane if they haven't already found somebody... I signed up over there, too, so I'll check it out. Thanks for the heads-up!

I'm a brand new Mini Cooper owner (finally!) and my first post is to ask for a number in the Pepper White community! My Mini had 000007 miles on her when I picked her up last friday (the 13th!). I'd love to request 000007 but I think a more sensible number would be 7777.
(I hope I didn't post this more than once.. .my computer had a hiccup!)
