Hi I just ordered a pepper white cooper with black roof. Is 1988 available?

 

Unfortunately if you look at the very first post in this thread, #1988 is already owned by checkercoop. You'll have to decide on an alternative.

The split lists are somewhat cumbersome and I'm considering posting a new single, authoritative list to make things a little less confusing for folks.

 

It took me a whoole month to get ahold of a camera.. but finally.

I regret to inform you that PPW #2388 died on Sept 29th protecting it's owner in a dive off a 100 foot cliff into the river below. I am writing to you from the hospital where I am recovering from trauma at rapid pace. I remind you all to tell your MINI you love it every day or as in my case it might prove too late. RIP Tsiggy.....I'll miss you

I continue to be amazed at the repeated occurrences of folks essentially walking away from incidents that could have been much more tragic. These MINIs really are great little cars. Their safety factor is sorely underrated.

In honor of your MINI's sacrifice on your behalf, I am retiring #2388. Your MINI's place in history is preserved.
