Need help identifying my spark plugs conditions

Hi y'all,

My first time posting in this thread. I have a 2013 Countryman s all 4.

Here is a little bit of the info of my car:
- The spark plug in this image is NGK 97968 iridium, and it is from cylinder 1. I should've taken a video for y'all to see, but I only got photos for now. I only include cylinder 1 because the other 3 basically look like this.
- It has been installed in my car since I bought this car, and I have driven over 4000 miles.
- Running NM module in low setting (was in high before, it threw error codes then went back for low setting)
- I use Shell 92 nitro+ (Oregon only serves 92). I only had this car for a few months, and I highly suspected previous owner using 87...

Any input would be helpful, whether it looks normal or not.

Thank you all!
