Hello,
I have a problem on my Mini R52: the last part of the roof (sliding roof) won't close anymore.
From full open, when I press the close button roof start to close until the top hooks slide into windshield frame holes; but when it's time to lock hooks and close the sliding roof, the motor makes a small move in closing direction, then it stops and led on close button start to flash.
If I try to open from this position, roof opens and fold down on rear shelf, as normal.
I've done the open/close loop few times, but everytime stops at the same point.
Any advice on what to check for?

Sounds like the loose or broken green cable connection or the internal parts that is triggered when is goes into final closing mode. I have seen then pull and then stop and not push.

Check this thread out and you are going to have to inspect those rails a bit more. This shows you how things operate.
