2012 non running mini cooper

we have a 2012 mini cooper with a clean title that has issues and we don’t know how to best sell it:

light hail damage
timing system needs to be replaced
knock in the engine
dead battery
flat tires
bad tire pressure sensor
Currently does not run

No accidents, interior clean

Any advice?
