Load equalizer

I have a 2012 R56 base with the taillights that DONT have the reverse lights. I bought sylvania 1156r for the brake lights and need to put an equalizer on them but it’s one plug with like 6 wires coming out of it. Does anyone have a diagram or know which wire to apply the equalizer to?

I know my initial response was gauge, but you’re going to have to put a little more information out there. Why would you need a “load equalizer” just for change if out a light bulb? Is it an LED bulb? Where is this “load equalizer” from? That picture you posted looks like the harness connector…
