I have the following error codes reported for my 2012 Cooper S:

Also, here is the emissions scan.
Emissions Scan
I will change the brake light(s) for A8B6, can I pass the NJ state emissions with above issues? Most of these came up when I replaced the battery myself.
Since you had the battery replaced, you need to drive the car through the designated "Drive Cycles" to reset the emissions readiness monitors. You will not pass your emissions check with that many "Not Ready" checks.
After you replaced the battery did you try clearing any and all codes? My last dragon run, my positive battery terminal came loose throwing 12 different codes. Once I figured out it was just a loose terminal and not a dead battery, got it tightened back down, cleared all codes and all has been well.
For the backstory….So I made 4 good runs and it was getting busy, so I decided lunch time then dragon hill climb. Parked the mini next to the same wrx that I had been parking next too, and go eat a deals gap. Belly full come back over hit unlock and nothing. Pull my key out put in driver door, nothing. So here I sit unable to unlock the car, no cell service, 1.5 hours from parents. In frustration, fearing that I’m going to have to be towed out of there and hearing it from the wife, I hit the cowl area above the battery. All of a sudden the fan kicks on, so grab the remote unlock and boom back in. Pop hood and the positive was attached but was wiggling around. Got the tools out and tightened everything up. Just one more thing I check before heading down now.
