Does anyone have issues with purchasing from them?

I ordered something since they say they have distribution warehouses worldwide, even in the USA.

After I ordered they dropshipped my products from China with a tracking number that does not work, and will not refund.

Never even heard of it till just now. Gotta go look it up now.

If you purchase from www.autgiftua.com, I would highly recommend purchasing items off of eBay instead. I purchased from this company because they were advertising on a couple of Mini Cooper Instagram group pages. I read that they actually have distribution centers in the United States and Europe, and shipping within the USA would take 1-2 weeks.

In addition, the item was just drop-shipped from China, I am sure they are strictly a dropshipping company who brokers deals from China.

After receiving the item finally late, it was damaged, and now they say it isn't their item!
