"Using pure 91 fuel"

Any advantage to using pure 91 fuel in my R53 ? Cost difference was + 7 cents per gallon.

Please post your thoughts and or facts why it should or should not be used.

What do you call "pure"?
If you can get ethanol-free gas for only +7 cents, please send me a few tankers-full!
MINIs run best on mid or preferably top-range fuels from any decent gas station.
(Premium gas locally, MA, is currently $2.44).

 

Non ethanol gas. I'm sure that's what he inquiring about.

 

You get slightly better gas mileage. I was able to get a little over 34mpg in my F54S on a 250 mile trip from Ithaca NY to my home in Queens NY

 

Ethanol-free is currently $9.20 a gallon, 110 octane, locally.
