SEATTLE Mini Dealership CROOKS

Wanting to find out if anyone else has had issues with this dealership? New to PNW and had to take my Countryman in for repairs. Long story short - was charged almost $1500 for something that should not have been billed for. Took over 3 weeks to get my car back. Promised a FULL refund on 1/29/20 and to date have had NO REFUND and NO ANSWERS. Have left some bad reviews which prompted condescending responses from the dealership but NO action. Advice? And yes, I started a case with Customer Care and they are not getting involved now because the refund was promised - they just will not enforce it. HELP!

Will be interested to see what others say, I bought my MINI Clubman from Tacoma, I'm in Denver. The previous owner bought it there and had all the maintenance done at Seattle MINI.
Since I was buying out of state I had the dealer selling on Consignment take it to this place for the Pre-Purchase Inspection. I was happy with how thorough they were, they said they are a MINI Specialist. If you are not having a warranty repair done may want to check them out - https://www.autorepairstacoma.com/
