Hi all, what is the avg life expectancy you have experienced with the pressure plate? I recently acquired used mini cooper countryman 2014 JCW and with 30000 miles the pressure plate is already starting to squeal, mostly on hills.
Has anyone had any experience with this? The dealership that sold me the car has no desire to cover this repair calling it normal wear and tear, although I brought the car back to them, they couldn't find the issue and recommended taking it to mini dealer, and there, once at mini, they found the issue.... anyway, please let me know of your experiences with pressure plate and hopefully I have another 30K miles ahead of me? thanks in advance
