PPI in Philly area

I'm in Buffalo and am interested in a used Mini at a Philly-area dealer. Looking for a mechanic in that area willing to do a PPI on the car if the dealer will allow it--will talk to them tomorrow.

TIA--
Gary

I'd call Helix. They're very well-known for working on & modifying MINIs, so if they can fit you in, they'd be my first choice. Aside: if the dealer won't allow a PPI, walk away.
