A Pillar Trim Panel Cover Right Side clips

Do anyone know where i can purchase the clips that have the strap option. So airbag does not slam the pillar cover into you head.

Not sure about Minis but the current Mazda 3 & 6 uses an A pillar clip with a strap attached to it.
