?The BMW MINI Part Store?

Anyone have experience with The BMW MINI Part Store (https://thebmwminipartstore.com)?
Some of their prices seem too good to be true, for example, a complete set of R109 wheels with TPMS for $726.80 (see below link)?
Sometimes deals that are too good to be true really are...

https://thebmwminipartstore.com/acce...01021&subcat5=

Thanks

I have purchased a number of things from them. No complaints.

Marketplace is a buy & sell thread, not a great spot for vendor reviews.

The main problem I have had with this website is communication. There is no other way to contact them other than through their email. Can be extremely frustrating as their normal response time is 1 to 2 weeks after you have already sent multiple emails to them....that is IF they answer. Ask me how I know?

I sent them a question in their 'contact us' section and they got back to me in a few hours.

The interesting thing is that if I use the link that you list above, I get better prices than when I login myself. By like 20%.

Mike

Correction: When I searched a part number from the home page, I got a different price than when I went into the menus and found the item. I was looking for a steering wheel, 32300416250.

I buy all my OEM parts from them. Their prices are really good and shipping is both reasonable, very well packed (better than other vendors) and fast. If they don't respond, message them again, they typically get back quickly.

Checking all the banned users, I don't see thebmwminipartstore.com on the list. PM me if you have a specific user name. So far as I can tell, they are not a current or past vendor on NAM.

We are fortunate to have the many vendors who support NAM, both as paying vendors and helping out forum members by sharing their knowledge and expertise on the forums. It's fair to price check, I do it all the time. I have ordered from almost all of our forum vendors at various times and have always had great customer service and competitive pricing.

That's meaningless for vendors; for many years NAM's business practice was that when a vendor stopped paying, their account was banned. Thus, I assume that a vendor's banned status has nothing to do with anything but petty BS. (Which, with our new set of moderators, seems to be a thing of the past!)

Yes for whatever reason if a vendor decides to stop paying here than the system "bans" them. There is a way to list them as a "former vendor" so people will not think they did something taboo and normally that is what IB does.
