No there is a charge for Gap Insurance. You would need to ask your Financial Advisor.

It all depends. I had the option to include it in my monthly payment but opted to just pay it on a credit card. $600

Usually a lot cheaper with insurance company. Car dealers will find the most expensive method to deal with any problem.
