MINI floor mats

I just bought my first mini, a 2003 Indi Blue Cooper. The previous owners held on to jusy one floor mat, thw one for the drivers floor. This is the original mini floor mat with the logo and everything. When i drive, the mat slips over the accelerator and makes me feel unsafe, but until i can get the carpets replaced, i need floor mats. Does any one know where i can purchase mats that will mit around my petals and also in my back seat? Thank you so much!

Are the 4 3" round velcro discs screwed into the floorboard just ahead of the seat front? If not you need to make sure the mats come with those. Way is a straight up outfit to work with.

If you are in Dallas area you can check out Mr Mini, he sells used mini parts and might have a good set of rubber ones that don't slide as much.

I've never dealt with him but I've come across his ads more than once, someone else might be able to chime in with personal experience.

Over the years I've used and seen all the mats that are made for the MINI and I can tell you by far the best and coolest looking have been the original cocomats. They always fit perfect, are thick and durable, and then they just look cool as can be with their color combos.

+1 on coco mats. They're durable and attractive--also easy to keep clean.

REAL coco = hemp = classic rope

when my coco mats got 'old' the fibers began to break down and I had a HUGE mess. (IME coco is good for around 5 years depending on sun exposure / heat) all sorts of fibre waste .....

if you need water protection, go weathertech (rubber)

otherwise, carpet mats are available from many sources.

If you're replacing the carpet soon, why do you need floor mats?
