Any Austin-ites out there?

Hey all,
Curious as to if theres any fellow Austin residents out there? I'm fairly new to the town (and state...) and looking for a shop/garage/any sort of lift that is Mini friendly. I'm hoping to do some work on my r56's coilovers (seized collars...), so if anyone out there has any recommendations or ideas on where to go please feel free to let me know. Can't stand my current ride height and looking to give her a bit more low

Also just curious if theres any Austin residents on here looking to do a drive sometime?

Thanks all!

New owner here in Austin with a 2017 F54 that's just a few weeks old, so I've not had to scope out shops and garages yet. I'll be interested to hear what others may suggest.

I'll watch, as well, for any drives that get organized -- hope others chime in!

Hey there! Yeah Im interested as well. Surprised with the lack of feedback on this one. I know theres a San Antonio club, but I've come to find that they're less of a modified car community.

Just checked them out, looks like they lean more towards classic minis. I did notice your signature location saying Hays county, is that so?

European Motorwerks

I live in Bryan TX and broke down in Austin and the guys at European Motorwerks were incredible. It was the weekend before xmas and they were closed, I fortunately broke down across the street from them. I tapped on the door and one of the mechanics came out and helped us out. The water pump cracked, and they replaced it within a few hours. They are on Capital CT just off Lamar. I have been back and they have done me well. Tell Eric Bert sent you. I doubt they will remember, but I have a British Racing Green Clubman (S). They have replaced my timing chain and all that goes with it, my turbo, and done some modifications for me.

Great to know, thanks!

I spent many years in B/CS for school and work, still get back every so often...
