Hello and HAPPY NEW YEAR @ Mini Owners

About a year ago I got a bunch of work done at a dealer.
part of that work was a new battery

PRIOR to the new Battery.... BOTH windows would do ANYTHING I wanted.

Part way down..... put it back up

Toll Plaza auto down.....auto up....stop it in the middle... I could go up OR down

SOOOO..... after i got it back, I only had TOLL PLAZA

OK>>> so window is up.... hit DOWN and stop it ANYWHERE along the travel.... in order to get it UP....I have to go DOWN.... then UP

I should have taken it back.... I KNOW...but I had someplace to be and this was a trivial matter

I have seen and tried the RESET things that i have seen on the web....to no avail

Sounds like the footwell module might be bad if its doing it own thing, and if you tried everything else. have you ever gotten water in the footwell from a leaking window or sunroof drain.
