Bluetooth issues w/ new iPhone 7+

Wanted to check if others are having the same issue, I've contacted Apple and they're suggesting MINI firmware upgrade.

I have a 2015 MCS and everything was fine with my previous iPhone 6+. I can pair and connect to the new 7+ phone, but the audio drops after a few minutes, and it basically freezes the connection. Siri and phone also stop working. Only way to get it to work is to unpair and turn off BT on both sides, then repeat the process again.

Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks.

I saw something on a facebook group to use code 1111 (not 0000) in the pairing process. Not sure about that but worth a shot.

+1 and try to clear any saved previous paired MINIs if you have them. I had like 9 MINIs saved and when it went to find the new one it would idle and loose it.
