Suggest you leave the exterior "as is." However, upgrading the steering wheel and 6 speed shifter to JCW makes a lot of sense. You touch them all the time. The JCW wheel and 6 speed shifter are much nicer, and have a much better feel, than stock.

+1 on the JCW wheel and maybe the GP2 shifter **** and boot. I like the Red / black shift top pattern.

yes you should. you obviously like the idea or you wouldn't have posted it.

black-out is played out? < i actually lol.

chrome has been played out since the 60's

body color or black is the way to go.

i would gladly rock a big johnson shirt before you would catch me dead in a $75 hollister/crapperzombie and b!tch/etc.

my last name is johnson and i had a dog named big... a little staffy, before they were cool.

no acid washed filigree back pocket pants in my dresser.

never had the spikey tips of my hair frosted.

dont ride a bagger with a 32" front wheel.

never rode a chopper with a 10 downtube stretch.

i dont have a sticker family on my back window.

i dont spend my day with a cell phone in front of my face.

i have blacked out/debadged/customized every car and bike i have ever owned and they were all unique.

use the plastidip as suggested and do one part at a time. if you dont like it, peel it off and go on to the next part.

get some VHT Nightshades for all the side and rear lenses. tint them to a shade of your liking.

make it your own, dont follow the sheeple
