Removing Chrome Window Trim

Hey I've got a 06 R53 that I am going to fix some paint spots on and I need to remove the trim around the bottom of all the window. I was just wondering what is the best way to do this without breaking stuff and scuffing the paint. I do have an auto trim remover tool set so if I use that were is the best place to pry to get the clips to pop. Thanks

Can only talk from what I know on my r56, but you should be able to work it up from any corner, just pull it straight up with the rubber and the silver trim - don't separate them, its a mission to get it seated ...

Here are the back side / clips and part numbers. Just watch not to bust the clips.
