OK Gang,

On #24 (2004 MCS) I don't have the Climate Control Back Lighting, I pulled the radio and reached in to make sure all the connectors are in place and for what I could see and feel it is so.

I checked the Fuses, nothing to point me toward to anything that is wrong.

Has anyone else faced this? Anyone with any troubleshooting I can try? Anyone have a Climate Control unit that is loose and can post a photo of the back?
