Compression Loss #3 Cylinder

Anyone had experience with compression loss in a cylinder. My mechanic says #3 is running 120, other three 185.

Rings? Head gasket.

It's a 2008 Mini Base with 98k on it.

Thank you.

A leakdown test will help determine where it's leaking.

^ You'll need to perform a cylinder leakdown test to verify where the leak is from.

Being as you have a Cooper, the carbon buildup isn't an issue on your car, so you need to find the source of the compression leak.
